We rely on cooperation and close relations with importers from Brazil, Honduras and Colombia who, beyond just selling the raw materials, care for the development of plantations and support growers and local communities in their countries of origin.
Every step during the production, from the harvest through the washing to the drying, is carried out locally by the farmers and their families in a very ancient method.
We use a specialized roasting machine that uses 80% of hot air to roast the beans. This method prevents the coffee beans from burning, provides a cleaner taste and gives us more control over the whole process. The process is also more ecologically friendly than using a traditional drum roaster as it consumes less energy and emits less "smoke".
From seedling to serving, we carefully consider the journey our coffee goes through. Out of a possible score of 100 awarded by the SCA, we strive to only order specialty grains that score 80 or more. This care helps us to deliver you unique, delightful and tasty coffee beans.
